Dragon City — Local services in Norwich

This take away is absolutely shocking!! So 1st of all I ordered £52 of food in which it took over 2 hour to get to me I rang the shop multiple times to see where my food was but they just wouldn't answer the phone finally after 5/6 attempts they answered to be told it was with the driver 45 mins later my order still wasn't here to then be told by them that the driver took 3 orders out at the same time he will be there when he gets there when my food finally got there it was stone cold and inedible me and my children where very hungry and had to order more good from somewhere else as we didnt fancy cold Chinese I got in touch with user about this because of where I order from and was given a £20 refund for a £52 order.

Stay away from this Chinese it is not worth the time money or hassle of waiting hours for cold food absolutely shocking food...

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE SEVERE ALLERGIES!!!

Don't take allergies seriously. I told the guy on the front desk and he decided to make the decision himself as to whether he thought the food had the allergens in I was allergic to.

I had to ask him 3 times to tell the chef before he did. He argued with me that he knew the food didn't contain the allergens. I asked him if he cooks the food and he said no...so I insisted he told the chef.

When he finally went through and told the chef, he came back and said that I couldn't have the chow mein I ordered as it contains the allergens!!!

Thank god I argued until he asked the chef, I have a severe allergy so could have had a very bad outcome!!!!!!!

My partner and I ordered a takeaway from Dragon City 3 days ago. It has a high rating on Uber Eats so we thought it would be a decent meal. Unfortunately this was not the case. None of the dishes were of particularly good quality and were way too salty (the rice and noodles seemed to be covered in lots of soy sauce). Within a couple of hours I was incredibly ill with food poisoning, which I believe is due to eating the salt & pepper squid. This dish was the only one out of our meal that my partner did not eat and she did not become as unwell, however she still did not feel great after eating the food either.
