Lovely friendly owners and great selection of cakes and pastries.
The only problem I have is the price of the takeaway sandwiches/baguettes. Total bill was ÂŁ9.20 for a baguette and a brownie. This is way too much for lunch time office workers which is going to be the main business for the area. People wonât be able to justify this for work lunch. I think the problem is how cheap it was when it was tiffins.
I donât like giving negative reviews on such a great family run business but I thought itâs best to give some feedback. Might be best to do a meal deal type offer or something.

This cafe has real heart & is a beacon of positivity in the Thorpe community. My sister has a newborn baby and almost turned around today when she arrived and wasnât sure her pram would fit through the tables of people. The manager was so encouraging and so kind, he helped move chairs and patrons out of the way and welcomed her warmly. I love how friendly the staff are even when busy. The food & coffee is sublime.
