Mega Pizza & Kebab — Local services in Norwich

The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy who works there gave me wrong order then they don’t pick up the call . After maybe 20 times of calling finally he answered and started shouting at me and blaming me for taking it from him . He’s not even sorry that he gave me wrong order. Then he said he’ll be back again with the right order and take the wrong one. Guess what he did . He took the wrong one and I asked him where’s my pizza he said he cancelled it. Then I asked for my refund but he just left . So basically I just wasted my £19 .

Ordered a meal through Just eat, we live less than a mile away from this restaurant but it took them almost 2 hrs to deliver chicken and chips and a kebab. The delivery driver was very rude and when we said to him that the food should have been delivered 30 mins ago he just shrugged it off and said “oh well there you go” we called the restaurant as the kebab was stone cold and they weren’t bothered either! We won’t be using this restaurant again and in my opinion the boss needs to teach the staff all about good old fashioned customer service.
