Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Norwich

There is one member of staff here I do not know his name, has tattoo below eye and cool ear rings. He really is exceptional!! I’m sat here with my coffee watching the guy and listening. He knows his customers so well. He spends time talking with them all. Everyone loves him. People like this are rare and I am overwhelmed with how incredible he is at his Job. He’s kind, officiant, caring, people are coming here for him and it’s clear to me that this is the case. Nero needs to come and witness this guy in Action because I’ve honestly never seen someone work so hard in a coffee shop. This isn’t taking away anything from the other members because to be honest everyone is really friendly and kind. But absolute credit where due..This Guy stands high and deserves the recognition!! Great coffee as usual but clueless customer service. I've been going to Cafe Nero cafés for the last 15-16 years all over in the UK but never had I received this level of unprofessional service. A guy and a girl serving on the day - the guy was nice and polite, made the coffee and left it on the counter for me. As I was just about to pick it up, the girl, who was serving the next customer, tried to push the cup aside to make space even though I was just about to lift the cup. She could have easily waited a couple of seconds as I had to be smart about it in case both of our contact on the cup caused a spill! She probably just didn't like the look of me. Not going in...

A very relaxing space to meet friends and family for a coffee. Although one of a high street chain of coffee places, the company has done it's homework with the interior design. Set in area of Norwich known as the golden triangle, this Caffè Nero is furnished with comfy chairs and sofas to create this stylish and comfy space to meet.
