Tonight as delivey would take so long we collected was told 20min and was bang on time...

My husband arrived with the food cold hard and the shesh meat was burnt and rock hard. My chips and cheese were not cooked hard cold and full of grease! I called to explain and was greater with nothing but attitude that it was cold as we collected late when we didn't as I had the call log!

I asked why the chips were raw and why my meat was burnt again the man was arguing with me. I explained I have rarely had issues but the this time all our meals were horrible. We ate the salad! It was a £40 takeaway and I asked if they could put this right and the guy gave me nothing but attitude. Il make Sure after that customer service my self and my family will not use these again. Iv had the odd order not it's best from there in the past these things happen I'm a business owner my self sometimes these things happen. However my priority is taking on good and bad feed back and making sure my customers are happy and want them to return.

My wife rang tjs to find out where the delivery is they said they called but know one answered so they left it on the floor outside so my wife went to check this is at 8:45pm and wasn't there I was annoyed so walked out the house to check neighbours does and got to landsdowne road and there it is left out side flats on floor and now it's 8:57pm got back food was stone cold checked phone log no calls checked uber no messages and the take away shop is not willing to rectify the problem

Personally I'm hungry and so is my wife and son as we are not eating food been left on the to cold on the street where anyway could have touched it

Due to there incompetent staff and delivery drivers they made us go without food this evening so not best pleased very annoyed and I will let people know not too order from these guys they have no empathy for customer and also sent me a picture off the wrong house and I sent a video back proving they Where wrong but no accountability. I went to TJs Oadby for a takeaway after a night out with my wife. After I had ordered my food, I noticed that the person serving me was also cleaning the floor and worktops. I asked that the person serving me clean his hands before touching my food - he told me he had even though he had just been a few seconds away. I again asked if he would clean his hands - which I thought was a reasonble request. He went around the corner and then someone from the back turns up shouting and cursing at me. At one stage he seemed to be climbing over the counter to attack me. I got out of the shop asap and went somewhere else for my takeaway. I am shocked at the behaviour of staff members of this chain. It is not unreasonable for a member of the public to ask that basic hygiene processes are followed.
