Mango Tree — Local services in Preston

We decided to try Mango Tree after seeing all the good reviews and went to collect. I was just amazed with their customer service from the second I walked in and impressed with how clean it was. They do loyalty cards for those who collect which no other take away does and we was given a free curry sauce to try!

As we got home, I realised I never ordered the indian chips (my fault) so I rang up and they offered to deliver them free of charge! They dont deliver to my postcode on just eat as it's too far. But they were here within 20 minutes

Wow, the food! It was just excellent and full of flavour! The portions are big and everything's freshly made. I've tried so many indian takeaways and by far, this is the best. The free curry sauce (garlic masala) was probably one of the tastiest curries I've ever had. I understand now why that's the most popular dish. The Indian chips were amazing, I'd be getting them again!👌👌👌 Definitely worth the 15 minute drive to collect and we cant wait to try a different dish next time.

3 hours wait for the food!

Ordered food from this takeaway a few days ago, had to wait 3 hours for the food. A very bad experience so never ordering from them again. 1hr 30 min food still not delivered so, called the shop to find out the delivery time, i was told the driver already left. 2 hrs been still no food so called the takeaway again, and they said the food is getting prepared. I asked, why they lied before, the guy become very rude and said they have been very busy so i have to understand and wait. He said another 15 min. They made me wait another 1 hour, so waited 3 hours for the food. Food was just okay, all the curries tasted similar. Based on my experience i would not recommend anyone to order from this shop. Only order if you are not hungry and want food in 3 to 4 hrs time.

Food is absolutely amazing, ordered 3 times previously and no problems at all. The 4th time we ordered delivery was nearly 3 hours! We ordered at 7pm, delivery time was estimated for 8.15. We called at 9pm and was told it was on the way. Spoke to just eat 9.30 who said the restaurant was now unresponsive to calls, and refunded us. The food arrived at 10pm after we cancelled (3 hours after we ordered) and a flustered driver said there weren't any drivers other than himself and the owner and gave us the food free. He apologised. We were annoyed they hadn't just explained this on the phone as we would have collected. The food though was hot and delicious as always. Their issue is being too busy and not having enough delivery drivers. We will order again but will be collecting from now on. If they had just explained this on the phone we would have...
