Since this place has been under new management by Denise Carroll I have seen such a massive improvement! The previous owner before her was rude, unwelcoming and very unprofessional, I had stopped going for this reason, however once I saw the sign on the windows stating it was under new management I thought I’d give it a try. I was so SHOCKED to see the difference in not only the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff but also how clean it is now! Compared to a few months ago, you wouldn’t believe it was the same shop! Denise has completely turned this place around and certainly made it clean😂. The staff are delightful, funny and a joy to be around, the food is also amazingly cooked and presented, it also tastes great! You can also get a good laugh whilst you’re waiting for your food too. I cannot stress how brilliantly she has made this shop be like it used to be again even though she stated she has only had this shop around a month or two. She even lets you access the staff toilets unlike the old owner used to. There is also access to bank transfers for those who don’t always carry cash. My mum came in today for the first time for a brew with her two friends, my mum asked if theres any toilet facilities to which a member of staff told her no. So my mum who has a weak bladder held on, then at the end of their visit my mum went to pay and was told cash only, there was no signs saying cash only so my mum then turned to her friend and said oh great no toilets and now cash only she did not make her comments rudely its an observation, the female member of staff then rudly interrupted my mum and her friend to tell my mum she is rude and does not need to come in again!

This is the best place to go for bacon, egg and sausage batons in Preston! Lovely food. Fresh and tasty Cooked just like you want it. I'm a regular! Prices are fair and value for money. The fesh sandwiches are gorgeous too and very filling. Quality sandwich shop by far. The homemade chocolate cake and flapjack is out of this world and I don't normally go for chocolate cake either. But it looked just lovely. The staff are really nice and friendly too which is an added bonus compared to some places ive experienced. Great customer service and food produce.
