3Bz — Restaurant in Preston

I would have given this takeaway a 3-4/5 but we became violently sick after eating from here.

I drove to the restaurant personally to take away a FB burger and a Gourmet beef burger for dinner. The prices are a bit higher than normal takeaways but still decent as they were gourmet burgers and they offer a 20% discount on purchases over £15.

The ambience of the place is nice as well and is thoughtful.

It was a good sized burger, nice brioche buns and very saucy and juicy.

I loved the taste and the only problem I had was that the fried chicken fillet had a bit too much oil. Still tasted good and we enjoyed devouring that.

Then started the hard part. Violent gastroenteritis within 6 hours of the meal. So there definitely are hygiene issues or issues with storage or transportation of the meat.

Would have recommended for the taste but 1 star because any takeout that makes you sick shouldn’t be...

Very disappointed quoted 40 minutes for delivery. It was delivered 40 minutes late we only live 10 minutes away. Order arrived & and the driver had no change had they not been late and charged for delivery I would have told him to keep the change but I was hangrey so he had to go the garage for change. I opened my order and found it to be wrong I had ordered Donna, chips & sauce what arrived was a very greasy very cold nann bread with Donna the two stars is because my fellas vegetable pizza was OK but not hot & the same goes for the garlic bread with cheese. I couldn't be bothered sending the kabab back because at this point I'd had enough & wasn't prepared to wait another 80 minutes for a replacement. Will definitely not be...

I have just received my delivery of two family platters which are in pictures underneath. I tried one more time with this company as someone said that new management is way much better so should give it a go. Well, no words would be enough to describe the high standards of food, customer service, value for money and special attention to details from taking order till delivery. A BIG bravo 👏 and thanks to Bilal (new owner) for changing everything from zero to hero . I am back as a regular customer onwards and will advise all who left them just like me to give this new team a chance to serve with high standards.
