Domino's Pizza - Sheffield - Wadsley Bridge — Local services in Sheffield

I have endured this branch of Domino's for too long now and I've had enough. If it isn't stale wedges, then it is missing items or late deliveries. Unfortunately for us, they are the only branch that deliver to our address. I've even gone as far as placing my orders with the Crookes branch and going to collect. Today however I am suffering from neck pain and so decided to order for delivery. I should've just withstood the pain and gone to Crookes. I thought if I didn't order any pizza then the order should be much quicker. I placed our order of 3 sides of chicken, 2 sides of wedges and a box of cookies around 5.25 pm. at 6pm it still hadn't been delivered so I went to the tracking system and it said out for delivery. At 6.25 I rang the branch as it was still not delivered. I spoke to the manager Robert who said they short on delivery drivers and that the driver delivering our order should be there in 5-10 minutes. at 6.44pm I was already on the phone again with the manager when the delivery driver rang the bell. Needless to say the food was cold, the box for one of the chicken sides was soggy because the Frankie's hot sauce had been sitting in it for too long. The manager was unapologetic and unhelpful. Didn't offer a refund but instead said all he could do was send me a fresh order. How does that even make sense when a breath ago he said they were short on drivers. I have two toddlers who had been waiting for dinner and in the end I had to arrange something else for them to eat. WHAT AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!...

I've used this pizza shop for years and the very the odd time I had an issue it was resolved straight away.

However, today i had shocking service. Not from staff but from the manager.

I placed an order for a vegan pizza and they sent a pizza with real cheese on it.

I explained to staff the issue and he apologised and agreed to send a replacement pizza. I said that I would return the wrong pizza as no one would eat it, he agreed.

He had to get the manager on to approve the above but when the manager came on the phone, he kept asking that I had to prove that it was the wrong pizza and that he wanted to see it.

I kept on repeating myself, that I was returning the pizza as no one would eat it. After being on the phone for 13 mins I hung up and being made to feel that I was trying to get a free pizza.

When the new pizza arrived and I showed the driver the 1st pizza he said that it wasn't vegan!

I asked him to pass on a message to the manager, that he has lost a long standing customer. Not...

I ordered food yesterday and although it came fast it was not great. The cheesy wedges were under done and most of them had no cheese at all. The Italian garlic bread had no garlic and was burnt at the edges. The Buffalo chicken pizza looked like it was done in a hurry. Not appetizing to look at all. The sauce was slapped even in the box and it looked a mess. Looked like the person who made it didn't even want to be at work. The onions and green peppers which topped the buffalo pizza were so burnt l wouldn't serve it to my worst enemy. The base of the buffalo chicken pizza was so thick and uneven.
