AVOID AT ALL COST! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! POOR QUALITY! POOR DELIVERY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
So last Saturday me and my partner ordered the deal 2 medium pizzas and 2 sides, we phoned them to ask to have our pizzas well done. When the pizza arrived it was only half the delivery and I was told I would get the other half of the order with a seperate driver. Eventually my pizza turned up. It looked and tasted like it hadn't been in the oven more than 10 seconds and the fries were stone cold and rock hard frozen in the middle. So I rang up to complain and was told I would get a replacement. So 20 minutes later. I recieve my replacement which was the wrong pizza it had ham and sweetcorn on it and was also undercooked. So I rang again and was told my replacement is on its way. Another 10-15 minutes another raw undercooked Pizza arrived. I rang and told them forget it I want a refund. I was put on the phone to a manager who could barely speak English who agreed to give me a refund and hung up on me. The next day I had bad stomach pains from only eating 2 slices! I didn't receive my refund so I got on to customer services which said it could take up to 3-5 working days and a representative from the franchise group will be in touch neither of these happened so I complained again to chase it up only to be told the same thing. This is such a joke! Don't go Dominoes instead support your local family ran businesses instead or even a frozen Chicago Town pizza is better than what they serve lesson...

Had three delivery drivers drop off my food looking absolutely downtrodden to the point I felt I needed to ask if everything was okay, once asked a delivery driver to go back to get a drink missing from the order and he came back in literal tears and I asked what had happened and he (after a lot of questioning, because he didnt want anyone to get in trouble) said the manager had verbally abused him for forgetting the drink. I promised not to say anything at the time as I didnt want to cause trouble for this man, but this weekend we ordered dominoes and ran out of garlic dip, and living locally myself and my partner decided to walk down to collect some more. I was absolutely astounded to hear and see the way this man spoke to his staff, and with a customer in store nonetheless. He was shouting at the delivery drivers as they tried to pick up orders, calling them useless, telling them they didnt know how to do their jobs, swearing in punjabi, which I dont think he realised I understood as I speak punjabi. Staff in store looked very embarrassed, but I was very impressed at how they continued to work steadfastly because I know I certainly wouldnt put up with the level of abuse I heard in the space of a five minute interaction. Read moreOrdered a pizza tonight, turned up and the order is wrong (garlic crust, when I hate garlic, and half of the pizza has the wrong toppings, sweetcorn when I hate sweetcorn), plus the fries were cold.
The lady I spoke to, Valentina, was rude and very unprofessional, I asked if they could put the order through again, I also asked if I could have something else instead of the fries as my first lot was cold and this seemed to be a problem, so I told them to forget it and to issue me a refund, and then she got even ruder. From a customer service standpoint, you would think they would bend over backwards to resolve their errors as I have a pizza that is completely inedible (the whole base has garlic on it, I can’t eat it) and cold fries, instead I just got to speak to someone with a bad attitude who was very unhelpful, did not apologise and simply couldn’t care less. Absolutely terrible customer service.
This is not the first time this Domino’s has got our order wrong and been extremely unhelpful and unprofessional is resolving the issue. I will never order from this Domino’s again and will be recommending others don’t either.
