Microwaves the bread? Weird establishment if I'm honest with not that many options on the menu. Was weird that they didn't accept card payments despite being on just eat already. The donner was barely cooked and came swimming in a combination of water and oil. The chicken had a bad flavour if I'm honest and it probably would have been nicer to be left as plain grilled chicken, not sure what spices were out on but it was seasoned badly. The first 3 pieces of chicken had a big piece of gristle in which wasn't a great start. Paid too much to a salad tray which mainly consisted of Lettuce and pickled chilli's (I don't know who eats these). The highlight was watching the 2 pre cooked naans I ordered be folded together into a triangle and reheated in the microwave. The place has a pizza oven and a grill, there's no need to microwave the bread. The dough in the Naan itself was bad, flavourless and was clearly made to double up as Naan bread/pizza base, so was just basically below average plain bread. Will never be going back, it's impossible to fix...

Been here twice and disappointed with both visits. 1st occasion served me stone cold food. I rang up to complain and the guy tried fobbing me off with a free can of coke on next visit. Went there today to give it another try, didn't mention my previous experience. Ordered a large doner kebab and chips. Watched as the guy threw (only way to describe his method) my food together. Got home, opened the box to the worst kebab I've ever had. Correct me if I'm wrong, donner meat is dark in colour and textured from cooking on the spit. Absolutely shockingly, rude miserable awful I'd even say damn right nasty customer service. Never met such an unhappy young man. Went in for chicken parmesan, being from Boro really miss them and hard to find in Mcr. Use to use these all the time but now say its too far to deliver, so drove up tnite with my little lad, Lad behind counter was even rude to him. Parmo was awful too, burnt dry and hard, I asked for plenty of white sauce and cheese (which he charged extra for) which he failed to add on to the Parmo, onion rings were rock hard.
