I would give no stars if it was possible.

food was 20 minutes late

i requested kebab to have sauce seperately it came swimming in the wrong sauce

the chicken on said kebab wasnt cooked through.

i rang the shop explaining the situation to which i was told he cant refund as justeat have already took 25% of the order value. to that i ask " is that the price you put on salmonella" to which he replied YES !!! He did offer a replacement kebab which i was told he will cook properly (maybe do that in the 1st place) and i did decline explaining i didnt trust the chicken to be cooked and also we had waited 1hr 20 mins for food. The manager was rude he didnt care one bit he had sent out uncooked chicken.

Having ordered from Pizza Magic for a number of years we were very disappointed with our recent experience. The last few times it’s been hit and miss, particularly with the amount of sauce on pizzas. Sometimes you’re basically eating cheese bread, it has no sauce whatsoever. We put in the notes on our most recent order which was over £40 to have plenty of sauce on the pizzas. Having read the notes for our other requests, they seemed to ignore this and the three pizzas had no noticeable sauce at all.
