Rum School - my favourite tipple(!) Welcomed with a double rum and mixer of your choosing. Several tasting drinks served throughout the day made it all the more enjoyable. Staff talk you through the process detail before you start and then away you go. Choose your favourite spices, Citrus, Botanicals etc to flavour your spirit and wait for the distillation process to infise your flavours!!! 3 hours...

Just finished our rum school experience, thank you so much to Sam and Claire for an amazing afternoon - both super lovely and incredibly knowledgeable!! We learnt so much and you're able to get really hands on with distilling your rum, and there's loads of choice with different flavour combinations so you can really make it your own. Loads of opportunities to try different rums also, we had so much fun...
