We had our wedding reception at Island Grill and Lounge this past September, and it was great! The atmosphere was vibrant, relaxed and welcoming —exactly what we were hoping for on our special day.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the guests enjoyed it.

Planning with the owner was straightforward and easy. We talked about the menu, prices and all the possibilities for the day. He was easily contactable, flexible and allowed us to decorate before and make the reception personal to us.

On the day, they were professional, friendly, and attentive to our requests and our guests.

We had BBQ wings, halloumi, JERK chicken burger with fries & JERK pork which came with coleslaw and Mac n cheese.

Everything was spot on! The sauces were great! Meat tender full of flavour.

Can’t fault a thing. Food 10/10 service 10/10 nice atmosphere!

They even offer catering for parties etc.

Ate here for the first time on Wednesday evening and wasn’t disappointed. Nicely decorated, very clean and lovely staff. Had deep fried Mac and cheese bites for starter and jerk chicken on loaded fries and goat curry (not always available mid week but worth checking). All delicious! Good portions and chef came to check we were happy afterwards which was a lovely touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
