Caprinos Pizza Andover — Restaurant in Test Valley

Honestly the worst pizza I have ever had! Sauce had no taste at all, neither did the cheese or “bread” base! Slices were so inconstant as some would have loads more sauce and cheese than others. Crust was “deep dish” but couldn’t get any thinner and was overcooked till it went hard! The bottom of the pizza was covered in so much cornmeal you find yourself wanting to clean your hands after every time you pick it up and also need to hover up after as it gets everywhere! I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner don’t even eat it because of how bad it taste! You’d think if you had your own pizza shop and spent all day there you would try and perfect your recipe and quality so it could compete with places like dominos or the other 5 pizza places in town! Absolutely terrible and waste of money will defiantly never be having it again! Tesco value do a better pizza for lest than a tenth of the price and would take lest than a half the time to go to the shop and cook it then it did for them to...

I was going to give it one star but that wouldn't reflect the whole experience. The pizza is edible. The ingredients are the cheapest possible. Our order: Let's start with loaded fries. Undercooked, bland, we did not eat them. Sadly ended up in a bin. Pizza is ok if you like low quality and little taste. After adding loads of our home made sauces (the ones that come with the pizza are premade and terrible, don't quite get how difficult it is to make your own sauce) we enjoyed it but if you're not hangover and have high expectations I would give it a miss. Thought I’d try Caprinos for the first time after reading the positive reviews, as the likes of Domino’s doesn’t come close to a good pizza. Gave 1 star for delivering hot food. Totally disappointed and binned the pizza without finishing the first slice. Not edible, disgusting cardboard taste and I believe the meats are all processed. Shame, as looked appetising. I’d rather pay for a plane ticket to Italy to at least enjoy what I eat than waste money on this rubbish....
