LEON Stansted Airport (airside) — Restaurant in Uttlesford

I want to particularly complain about a lady called Sabina 10.30am 25th of June. I ordered a bunch of breakfast muffins and some hash browns. A lovely gentleman from behind came to ask me how I would like to have my muffins. I said is it ok if u put the hash browns I ordered inside the muffins. The man that was making the food said it’s fine. And from the till the woman shouted “No” I don’t know what her problem was she was so rude and agitated. I asked why not she said just. Then I said there must be a reason she said it’s a policy. If there is such policy she needs to say it politely and definitely not be front of house. It was a horrible humiliating experience. And just to finish as we were leaving, I asked my son to go and get some ketchup and if we need to pay for it is fine so he got to the till and he asked her can we please have some ketchup? She said? I have already put you one Bearing in mind I have bought breakfast for three people so once Sasha would not be enough she reluctantly gave him one and was also very rude to him. Got the breakfast box, firstly the food was subpar in quality, indefinitely being nowhere near the quality what I comprehend to be the same "food" that were in the photos.

I ate the food and as expected it had the opportunity to just ruin my day being just as horrible as it looked, for a restaurant establishment they had just massacred the English breakfast Infront of me and stuffed it in a box for me to eat. The bacon was pink, not crispy and seemed undercooked, same for the eggs which somehow had the same texture yolk as the whites, however that may be possible - congratulations!

The rest of the food was not great either but post-flight after this being the only food I have consumed it seems like I have got food poisoning, most likely the food being undercooked, evident by both taste, smell, texture and what someone from Antarctica would describe as mildly warm.

P.s Your halloumi literally did not have...

Food was OK ... although the muffin (bacon or sausage) slides around when bitten and fell out of all our muffins... the wrapping around the muffins is ridiculously thin paper that disintegrates due to the ketchup.. so please change the wrapping to a thicker type and thicker muffins are required as well to stop the contents falling out... and the young staff are too busy talking to each other rather than even "attempting" customer service.. one staff member called out an order for hot coffee... the customer was disabled in a wheelchair and gestured if the girl could walk 8 feet to her table... but the girl looked at her.. put the coffee on the counter and made the customer struggle over to collect it.... I was disgusted... do you not teach your staff customer service??? . Or is it just your staff are all young and haven't got an older strong manager to teach manners and MANAGE them? ... won't be using this...
