itsu - Stansted — Restaurant in Uttlesford

So let me get that straight: If I buy your food and decide to eat in, I am gonna be charged 20% for that. But then you seat and a good 60% of other people seated inside they haven’t even bought an Itsu plate or coffe but they seat totally free consuming their own food, from the nearby Pret, BK leaving also their rubbish on the table, all happening under the eyes of the staff who doesn’t care much but off course they care of charging me extra money for seat and eat food who I bought there. Next time I will do like the other, take away and sit anyway, nobody will care right? The quality of the food also dropped significantly compared to other itsu, so I haven’t enjoyed much. I had an excellent experience at the Itsu shop at Stansted Airport. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed for a quick and healthy meal before my flight.

A special shout-out to Tomas, Evan, and Martin, who went above and beyond with their service. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during my visit. Tomas greeted me with a warm smile, Evan was super helpful when I had questions about the menu, and Martin made sure the entire place was running smoothly.
