Well what can I say from start to the finish is a 5 star absolutely Fabulous the communication, service 5star really make you feel welcome and make sure you understand everything. If you want to relax, unwind, reflect on all aspects of stress, anxiety pressures of life I would really recommend this go in with a open mind . They also do massage rooms, sauna room and the pod rooms a utility room where you can dry your hair. Hair dryer and straightener are provided. Also a tea room after your treatments. The pods are spacious for you to float and not feel claustrophobic. The more stress you have in life you will need a few sessions to overcome them. Also sauna before a pod session are also recommended or a sauna and a massage. Towels, slippers, ear plugs Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Are provided. It's nothing like the same as a bath tub. Your mind is still thinking what to do next lol. The feelings of privateness, concealment, seclusion, remoteness, solitude detachment from the outside world is the best feeling ever. Sorry for the long review I would go on and on. I would highly recommend this. Why not try it out.

Today I had the pleasure of trying float therapy and an IR sauna at Spa Float in Leamington Spa. I decided to give it a go to try to help with regulating and resetting my nervous system and to help encourage healing and mental health growth following some recent events in my life. It was an incredible experience, floating in a tank of epson salt water, completely pitch black with ear plugs in, which allowed me to go deeper into my mind. No distractions, no numbing, just presence and awareness. After 10-15 minutes of getting used to the floating feeling I was able to really enjoy the experience and receive some great insights. The service was impeccable and the environment was very clean and welcoming, it felt like I was at home. As soon as I walked in the door I was in the midst of deep spiritual conversation with Sukh who gave me an in depth tour and a wonderful spiritual reasoning before I went on my way. If you’re thinking of trying float therapy, I’d definitely recommend it. I’ll definitely be back. Many thanks to Spa Float for a wonderful experience ā¤ļø

Who would have thought floating could be this amazing? I knew I wanted to experience it but had never found anywhere that offered it locally—until now! I booked the introductory float package, which is three sessions for Ā£120.00, and had my first session on the 12th of July. What an incredible experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome. The staff are very attentive and showed me around all the facilities. They explained how to access the float and what to do before, during, and after. The float room is secure, so you will feel safe if that's a concern. Once the salt-enriched waters rise, the experience is nothing short of incredible. I know it's supposed to be an opportunity to relax, but I couldn't help playing and splashing around—just a big kid at heart! Overall, an amazing experience, from the ease of parking just a few meters from the front door for a paltry Ā£3 for two hours to the relaxation room afterward and a long chat with the staff. I can't wait for my next session!

Top place for a float. I hadn't ever done this before, but was gifted 3 floatation sessions. The staff here are helpful and explain how everything works and what to expect. If you haven't ever done a floatation session before, here's what to expect. You are given a private room that you can lock behind you. You take a shower before the floatation session, so that you help to keep the facilities clean. Accessories are provided depending on your needs, there are earplugs, some vaseline gel, a spray mister, and a head float. Towels are also provided. I found that I only needed earplugs. You climb into the pod as it fills up with water that is heavily salted with Epsom salts. You close the pod so that you are completely enclosed. There is an emergency button inside the pod if you really need it. The pod is lit at the beginning of the session and light meditative music is played for about 5 minutes. The lighting changes colour and becomes dimmer and eventually cuts out with the music, leaving you in complete darkness to float inside the tank. It is a very unique experience and my first session was a little unsettling, with subsequent sessions getting better and better. At the end of the session, the music starts again, lighting slowly returns and eventually the tank drains. I recommend staying in the tank floating until it has completely drained. The sensation of returning to your full weight in the world is quite amazing. This is definitely something worth doing and while I wouldn't call it completely relaxing in the normal sense of the word, it makes you more aware of all the tensions that you carry in your body and facilitates relaxation. It also gives you much needed downtime. I want to come back and combine this with a massage....

I received a gift voucher for a massage and float session and was very excited as I had always wanted to try a float session.

My massage was really nice and relaxing, I would recommend that.

I was quite disappointed with the float though, the room was very cold which then made the air in my pod cold even with the door all the way down. All I could think about was how cold I felt and could not relax which was a bummer. I’m very much into mindfulness and was hoping I get really relax into an almost meditative state. I had to end my float 20-30 minutes early due to this. When I went to leave I did let the front desk worker know how cold it was and she just said sorry and that if I do come back try to get a different room. That kind of response was really not what I was hoping to hear and not an incentive to get me back in to try again. The front desk worker also stated they knew that the room I was in cold and have heard it from others yet continue to let others come and float and freeze which makes it unenjoyable and I’m sure makes myself and others not ever...
