Brought the mains out before the starters, so we sent them back, then brought out the starters. After we were finished with the starters, we sat for about 30 minutes waiting for it to be cleared, before we heard our mains being served to the table next to us. They rejected them and then they were given to us, but they had kept the chilli flakes on the kids pizzas, which we asked for them to be off. Then they took them back and recooked everything, so we waited another 20 minutes. They then brought the correct food out but forgot our sides and said they needed to cook them so it would be another 10 minutes. The waiter said that some of the confusion was because our mains and starters had been put through as 2 different orders and that one of the staff was sending all the food to the wrong tables. When we were leaving, one of the waiters came through with someone else’s burgers and dropped them on the floor. Wouldn’t say it was super cheap and they weren’t understaffed so quite shocking.
