Looks like it's time to refresh the comments about this place and the staff that works there. Not a professional approach to the customer! Namely...I have agreed to the "lipomassage by endermologie" treatment. The procedure is performed in a flexible tight suit which should be new for every new client. On 1st treatment I received a used overallsuit with holes, it looked like it was used many, many times. The lady took out the suit from a plastic bag which had a name on it, so I assume that it was a name of another customer, claiming that it was washed . Expensive treatments which is including 5 treatments for £180. Is the salon trying to save the money ? The stuff was rude at the time of the complaint. I WOULD LIKE TO MEET AND TALK TO THE OWNER , Which as staff said do not want to...

Friendly staff however poor quality shellac manicure. Had a gel manicure two days ago, tips weren't capped, and there were brush strokes visible, and inconsistent coverage. I asked for this to be fixed today and they obliged, took the gel off and re did my nails. This new manicure is worse than the first. Visibly lumpy and bumpy, and applied messily. I would post photos but there isn't an option to add an image to my review. I did want to give the opportunity for them to rectify my bad manicure so that I could post a positive review, however it seems that both times I have been, the beautician has scraped the last remnants out of a bottle of shellac and applied it poorly. Not a good quality...

I went for eyelash extensions, their was so much glue applied my lashes felt so uncomfortable and my lash line started to swell up with a painfull bump the day after, i have always had lash extensions this has never happened before. I called up as i was in pain and my eye was swollen i asked to come in to please get them removed. I was told that the lashes could Not be removed because they had no lash glue remover in stock and i either wait 4 days for them to order it in or go to another salon to get them taken off. I cannot believe that a certified lash place does not have remover in stock in case of allergic reactions etc i had to go and pay somewhere else to get...
