They didn’t honor the warranty for repairs even after talking to the manufacturer in my presence and being told it was covered under warranty. They never called to tell me it wasn’t under warranty or give me an estimated. All this after having my property over 2 months. I have contacted Black and Decker directly and have been told this should not have happened. Unfortunately they cannot get my money back. I was charged $35 deposit of not covered by warranty and $46 when I picked it up because they wouldn’t release it. It was a line trimmer and they asked to keep my battery when I dropped it off. STAY AWAY...I don't believe this place deserves any stars.....everyone that works there is either rude or doesn't have a clue. Honest people trying to get a piece of equipment repaired and we get the run around. Charged us $50 to look at it with the understanding that if its covered under warranty we will get a refund. Well it was covered under warranty! Pressure washer has been sitting there for a month and still not repaired, nobody knows why and the owner Jeff is never available. Gave up on them and go pick up the pressure washer and they still won't refund us the $50. My advice is find another repair shop... very...

Never leave your tools here, they never answer the phone, they never call back, they will charge you money on something they shouldn't have, I had to involve ridgid and still nothing, 6 months he kept my batteries and when I came pick them up he lied they don't do batteries and they don't have them but...
