The UPS Store — Local services in Matawan

Well I'd like to say the store is good but, I just witnessed a customer that was treated so rudely by the staff for no apparent reason. She just walked in friendly and they were so rude to her. I just happened to be in the area and it's not the normal ups that I go to. Looks like I won't be coming here again. And then looking at the reviews a lot of people do complain that the staff is very rude and the owner or the manager always responds and says sorry but apparently they're not doing anything about it because they're still nasty and rude? I pre pay for my labels at home and every time I drop off packages here I get a notification where they say I measured my package wrong and I get post shipment charges for incorrect dimensions

It only happens when I drop off packages at this ups location

I ship packages all the time as well as using fed ex and usps and I usually use the most feasible option. I know how to measure packages and I do it hundreds of times a year.

It seems like this store is padding numbers.

The staff here always seems a bit hostile as well for no apparent reason every time I come in, I suspect unhappiness in the workplace.

Ultimately this situation will just lead me to using your competitors more because they offer free pickup anyway…....

This has been my go to UPS store for many years. Unfortunately I am moving and will no longer will be going there. Every time I had to go here the service was so amazing. Each person that works here goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. At my last visit Edwin was so helpful, as I was having trouble sending an email to be printed.
