I’ve supported you guys through the pandemic and now you need to give back. Your cheesesteak costs more than a entree at 20 places nearby. Your pizza is still the best and a good value but enough with the price increases. Your pushing these “online” rewards programs.what if I am not a member and don’t want to be?

At some point it has to stop and until then I’m sorry the $2000 (approx $40 a week) a year I spent at your place will have to go elsewhere. READ THE ROOM GUYS. And please spare me your costs are going up. They are FOR EVERYONE YET YOUR PRICE INCREASES DONT FALL IN LINE WITH OTHER PLACES BESIDES PIZZA.

And you need to stop with this cashier spinning the payment screen around and saying “please answer the question” stop putting people on the spot for take out. Such a shame. I waited 3 times Before I have decided to leave a review. I love their food. It’s really good. Sadly they don’t know how to follow orders and they seem to be very cheap on bread. Like I said waited 3 times before I was going to leave this review. I called tonight to place my order making sure to ask the girl does bread come with my dinner?? Reason being is the two times before I had family over and ordered 3 dinners, where no bread was given… anyways she tells me bread comes with the dinner and she’s going to note it and make sure I get some. I pick up the food tonight and see a bag with bread so I don’t go through the bag. I wait till I get home to find 3 little pieces of bread… I mean seriously I’ll pay for bread but this is a joke. Cold pizza multiple times and cold dinners delivered to me. Stopped ordering delivery because EVERY time it would arrive cold. They forget to add stuff you ordered(bag stapled so I didn't open it), so you drive back a second time and return home with basically cold and burnt food. When they said they will "make a new order". The chicken in the "new order" was dried out barely edible. Talked to the owner about my concerns and he didn't seem to care at all just wanted to argue about the cold food and straight up lieing to me. Been going here since the week they opened up and will never return again. After having cold food multiple times and they don't seem to care. Kept coming back here thinking it would change and it did not. Take your business elsewhere. The workers here are overall rude lately. The owner could care less about his customers and definitely does not care if there is a issue with the food he serves. Don't waste your money...
