I'm here often. The service received is always friendly and the staff at the locations I visit are always eager to assist. I typically visit T-mobile, where the staff knows that fixing a phone or buying a new one may take some time so they encourage conversation. They even allowed my 3 year old to play with another customers son and run around a bit. Little Caesar's, if you come right in the morning or right after a rush and most of the hot and ready is about to come out of the oven, the staff will let you know about deals as you buy, so you arent paying regular price, they greet you when you walk in, if wait period is a little longer than expected, they apologize and are just overall very considerate. Planet fitness staff always greet you at the door, they love to talk, they dont even mind giving a tour at 3am. Sally's staff are very helpful as well. They dont just ask you if you need help when you walk in the door unless you come in looking confused. They give customers a chance to look around first. You dont feel rushed. I realized that some areas like to 'generalize' buildings style and color to blend it so shopping centers look more aesthetic, however, in this case the larger sign out by the main road didn't have the right stores listed and many were no longer there. We came in from out of town and we needed a specialized food for our dog and had to find the Pet Value. Google maps and GPS can only do so much, the plaza is so long and so bug it was very hard to find the store we needed to find and it was not listed as one of the stores in the plaza to begin with. When I asked the store manager if they were new in the plaza, he replied no, they had been there for a while. Pet Value and the employees were great, had exactly what we needed and the store was clean and well organized. I think if you want to cater to locals and non-locals for business, I am sure the rents those stores pay should very well cover proper signage out on the main thoroughfare where people are driving looking for entrances to plazas along a long stretch of many other...

I visited Sally's beauty supply store. And store is very clean, organized and well stocked (given some shortages beyond their control). Very friendly, very helpful, and definetly knew her stuff. I feel like a jerk because I can't remember her name but I will...
