This was my 2nd time ordering from BRANDY HUGHES. First order was makeup products which were clearly stolen as the tape had a store name on it, but at the bulk price, I'm sure many people overlook that. Ordered a purse and never received my item. It has now been 58 days since I ordered. I reached out to the owner, who seems to be on drugs as one minute she pretended to be very nice and understanding. But when I followed up on a refund, she then acted as she didn't know who I am. I even let her vent to me about her boyfriend leaving her since that was one excuse, so she seems too busy with that to care about her customers.
