Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Abilene

As N. 10th doesn't carry boneless wings, we sometimes splurge and drive to pick up boneless wings from S. 14th. Ordered boneless wings and received bone-in and the wrong flavor, as they were busy that night I called just to get a credit as I didnt want to drive back up there. I called and the girl who answered was insanely rude, telling me that I could not speak to a manager. She hung up and I called back again. I waited at least 20 minutes to talk to a manager. Told the girl obviously since I had waited so long I did want to speak to the manager. Idiot. Finally got to talk to the manager and he was nice and agreed to credit me the wings and I told him about the horrible service I had received.

It is now about a month later and I ordered so that I could pick up that credited order of wings, they are saying that the order was never there and I have no credit. Canceled my order.

Save your money and order PapaJohns, They tend to have better deals, better service, and if you are a member, after you spend so much and build up your points you receive a free pizza. Just placed my order with them and because of the great deals I get through email, I have a free pizza on my next order without having to build up the points.

Too bad PizzaHut, between working 55-60 hours a week and being a college student, we are fat and lazy and order pizza at LEAST once a week. That's 20-30 dollars a week. Lost our business, hopefully others will...

Female manager on duty was absolutely very rude and had starring problems while we were grabbing a few cheese and peppers packets she made a rude comment in front of us to an employee that was beside her loudly rolling her eyes as she was staring down on us saying thats why I don’t like putting out those packets because people take so many in there hand! First off 2 boxes of pizza was $41 bucks which is high priced but that wasn’t why I’m posting it we know it’s high price but good quality and if those Togo packets are there to grab it’s because there absolutely free and we have a big family we grab about 6 of each and she made a huge deal about it keep in mind I’ve ordered a few times and she’s very disrespectful! And in person it’s worse we order quite a bit from that location but honestly I’d rather make a drive a bit further and get better customer service! Hate to describe Employees , She is tall African-American that says she is the manager at that location as anyone else had a bad...

Well...we have not ordered Pizza Hut in at least 15 years. We were excited to try the new Detroit Style pizza and ordered one online for delivery. I picked five toppings (crispy pepperoni, double bacon, ham and pineapple) and not all the toppings made it to the pizza. There was zero pepperoni and only a single amount of bacon. Also, even though delivery driver arrived a a great time and was super nice (happy to tip $5), our pizza was barely warm and we had to microwave each piece to get it close to hot. I called the store to nicely complain and stated I was NOT interested in anything free or discounted, just that I suggested whomever reads and makes the orders to please pay closer attention to detail.
