Worst service ever. I am seriously appalled at the lack of professionalism that this place has. We've done business with Aarons for years, and have had some ups and downs with them. But nothing as bad as what we have gone through with this particular location since day 1. They called my Pastor and family members I had put down as references on THANKSGIVING asking for money. That was our first and only late payment ever. And was simply because we were out of town and had no internet access to make a payment. Dustin is who we have talked to majority of the time, and he always feels the need to argue with me, and scoff when I try to hold him to his word. He told me last month when I made a payment, that we were paid off, and then calls today asking for money for another YEAR. I reminded him of our previous conversation in which he clearly stated multiple times that we no longer owed. I asked him to send me a copy of my contract and he refused. I purchased my washer and dryer through them last year and paid it off last month which overall was fine besides never being able to get the service for my washer I requested that was still covered. Then I decided to purchase a desktop. Worst mistake ever. First they didn't even give me the desktop I requested but I dealt with it. I called a few times about it and never received a call back. I had 20 missed phone calls on the day my payment was due. 20 MISSED CALLS, and 5 voicemails. Definitely not the first time it had happened but this time was out of line.
