On 10/11/2021 between 1-2pm When I arrived I asked the female for the offer she said It is not available in that location. I had the offer before the previous week but I agree to pay for it look for double Matcha Smoothies transaction at around 1:30-2:05pm. Provided a picture of my smoothie at 2:25 pm.

Terrible customer service! Never going there again. This guy at the front desk who takes orders couldn't understand what I'm saying and that was frustrating enough. I ordered cantaloupe drink and omg it was terrible! Like nasty! Even my 4 year old who loves any drink in a fancy jar said mommy it's bad. It didn't taste nothing like cantaloupe. It had weird cream cheese on top and I don't know guys it was just terrible! I told about this to the guy at the front desk and made him try it and he did saying it was Okay 😳 I wasn't offered any different drink, a replacement, never mind refund! When I ordered my Thai Tea, I specifically asked for very low, very little sugar (type 1 diabetic). I was assured it would be little sugar, when I tried it…it was quite the opposite. The drink was very sweet! I asked for ice to cut back some of the sweetness but that didn’t change it at all. I asked if I could switch for the same tea just to make it unsweet and I was rudely told no! I was told that’s how it was and they couldn’t change or modify it for me (even after telling them I was diabetic) i had high hopes of being a regular customer since I love Thai tea and I’m always in the area but after this they lost a customer and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
