Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Abilene

Welcome to my Ted Talk !! I love Baskin-Robbins but this one was just a mess from the staff to our order. They're actually lucky we were nice but I still have to write this! We pulled up at the drive-thru and we literally thought it was closed because for like a good 5 minutes no one said anything and many hellos!! Finally we were heard and processed to order..we got 2 orders of the same thing..cool..got to the window to pick up, turns out they didn't have the cone we ordered mind you we had already paid for it. So they gave us a different cone..what's the logical thing to do if you are given a different order and there is a $2 more difference..you get a refund !! but no we were told..they couldn't refund us the money because that's not a thing and they don't do that!! whaaaat! what is that mean..its our money and they shouldn't take an order for something that doesn't exist! period! so yeah they stole our money and gave us something we didn't evern order!! Just wrong on so many levels...

If I could give zero stars I would. Service: rude, no smiles, no greeting, ignores the customers, acts like they don't care and would rather be somewhere else. Food: donuts TERRIBLE AND STALE! Ice cream was extremely skimpy and just thrown together with no concept of making it look somewhat enticing, rotten bananas, gave me nuts when I specifically said NO NUTS!. Cleanliness: yuck! Sticky tables and floor (my shoes actually made noise when walking across that gross floor). Manager: what manager? None there that I could witness. Or if there was, she sure didn't know how to be a proper manager because they all looked like regular employees to me. The "old" Baskin Robbins on Buffalo Gap road several years ago was always busy, wonderful service, great ice cream and environment. This re-opened location needs extreme makeover on everything! I'll never ever go back...

I’ve been here many times. Inside and through the drive through but when I’m with somebody, we usually go inside. Me and my mother were in the mood for ice cream from 31 Baskin Robins. BR is the other half of Dunkin’. We parked and walked to the door to find out that the inside is closed. Well, there’s just a certain experience you get when you’re in the mood to go inside. It’s just a moment to slow down and relax. It a lot different than feeling like you’re in a hurry like you do when you drive through. So, here we are having to go back to our vehicle. Very disappointed that they’re still not allowing people to go inside. Since that day, I have gone back a couple of times but it was for a coffee drink. As for the ice cream, I don’t care to have to get that to go. I’m going to start going to Stone Cold Creamery to get my ice cream. I can go...
