Be careful!!!! I took a watch in not to long ago just to have a couple pins put in and after about 30 minutes of waiting, hearing a lot of light hammering going on, I started to wonder what was taking so long. After a good hour being inside walking around, I made my way to the counter. The owner walked up and set my Rolex down and told his wife it would be $30. When I grabbed my watch, I could tell that it was lighter than normal, color was off, and everything about it didn’t seem right. I went home and I had several pictures of my watch from the past which I was gonna compare the one that was given back to me at jewels of time. My watch had been swapped out with a knock off rolex. Comparing the pics, I could tell where the owner tried to put the same scratches, dents, and dings that was in the original. The weight was off by 1 oz. I went in to let them know and was kicked out. I am in the process of informing the better business bureau, filing a report with the police, and just found a lawyer about this, that I will be meeting with on Monday. Beware of this business!!! A couple of weeks before Christmas my bf and I went to the Jewels of Time .... And even though the store was closed the owner happened to be there, and he seen us outside and he opened the door and let us in...Though I didn't have but $5 dollars to my name I had a few watches in hopes that he would possibly do a lil trading cause we were looking for a special 1st time lil watch for a very special lil girl that had asked her grandpa for a watch for Christmas...The owner was such a a sweet and kind hearted man that he walked over to one of his displays and opened it up and pulled out what he assured us would be a perfect watch for this special lil girl from grandpa ....And sir I want you to know that you were absolutely right, that lil girls eyes lit up when she opened her gift from grandpa and she put that lil watch on and hasnt taken it off other than to take a bath ....she loved it...I want to thank you sir for being so kind and letting us in that day cause you sure made a special lil girls day... Thieves! This place basically stole my watch. I took it in to see how much it would cost to repair it. The lady at the counter told me she couldn't give me a price until the owner had a chance to look at it and determine what was wrong. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I called in and asked when he might have a chance to look at it. The lady told me it would probably be another week or so. A few days later she called to tell me the watch was ready to be picked up. I told her that was odd since I needed to know what it would cost first. She said to come in. So I went in and they tried to charge me $120 to get my watch back. I wouldn't have approved them fixing the watch as I didn't pay that much for it. I did really like the watch which is why I wanted to get it fixed, but I don't have $120 to spend on getting it fixed. They wouldn't give me my watch back until I paid the $120 even though I never agreed to the price. I basically had to surrender my watch to them. That's a really terrible way to do business!
