When I first came into the store on 2/12, I walked straight to the Marc Jacobs' perfume counter. I was there for probably all of 5 minutes. When I first arrived, a lady with gray hair and an accent was checking others out. Okay, fine no worries. She finished boxing their items and then proceeded to help a man who came to the counter after me. Mind you she saw me at the counter smelling perfumes before even he came to the counter. No "I'll be right with you" or anything. As she's helping the man she is very kind to him, even making recommendations when he states he's not sure what to get. She ends up checking him out in a few minutes. She finally makes her way over to me. She is very rude. I tell her which perfume I want and she states in a very curt manner, "I'm all out." When I ask for a trash can to discard of the perfume sample cards, she just pointed to a pile of cards behind the display. She didn't offer to possibly point me in the direction of other similar scents, like she did the other well-dressed man who came to the counter after me. I guess the fact that I am young and was wearing a Nike hoodie and ripped jeans gave her the impression that I wasn't there to spend money- so she didn't bother putting in the effort to help me. No harm no foul I guess, just missed commission on her part.

I eventually made my way to the handbag section where a kind woman with beautiful tattoos actually acknowledged me and helped me purchase a new MCM bag that I had been wanting for a while.
