employees lying about a return policy for an exchange. apparently you can’t get your money back for an exchanged item. but when i called customer service they said i could. but i already left the store and don’t feel like coming back here so ill have to waste another day, gas and time trying to return a damn shirt. like how do you pay for something and be told you can’t get your money back. i literally bought the item less than a week ago. makes no sense and i was a retail manager for 4 years lmfao
