Had it been an option, I would have given them 0 stars base on the experience I just had with them at 835pm on 01/11/2021. The Willow Grove Mall closes at 9pm and we had no problem walking in the mall. We made it to the front of the T-Mobile store and the employees that were sitting in the office, with the office door open and visible to us, decided to hide and moved out of sight from us. Then, after we started knocking on the glass, one very rude employee decided to come over and tell us that the store was closed. I asked why when the store sign and the website says they close at 9pm and it was only 835pm. She proceeded to tell me that I couldn't pay my bill because they had no registers open, even though I was planning to pay with a card. Then, she gave me the excuse that because of covid the mall had change it's hrs. Despite the fact that the mall was still open and they were sitting down in the office with the door of the office open, yet the store was closed. So, while getting paid for doing nothing and lying to the customers about the store hours, I kept pushing the situation and she told me to go online and look for stores that close at 9pm and then go there to pay my bill. I told her that they are supposed to close at 9pm, not before then, and she rudely walked away from us and refused to tell me her name. The other employee came over and told me his name was Christian and gave me her name but I couldn't understand her name. If this is how T-Mobile handles situations or how they train their employees, it is very discouraging. They couldn't even try to assist me in others ways to pay my bill, or give me other options, etc. They sit there doing nothing, probably getting paid for it and lying to customers and not caring about their job or the service they are supposed to provide. To any person reading this review you are better off looking for another store or actually handling your situation online or over the phone, as you will be serviced professionally rather than a disservice. My son's father, whose been a loyal customer for over 10 years, has late stage ALS (fully paraplegic), in which holds MY/HIS 11 year old autistic son's cellular plan with his. I went to this location, without much choice, to buy a new sim card, since his just stopped working and the girl that so-called assisted me, REFUSED to sell one to me because I was not the account holder. I explained to her over and over again that my son's father, the account holder, was 100% fully disabled with fatal ALS, NON-MOBILE 100% paraplegic, obviously meaning completely incapable of being there himself as he's on a respirator and has NO use of his hands and barely a voice to do it himself. SHE JUST KEPT IGNORANTLY AND HEARTLESSLY REPEATING HERSELF! t-Mobile boasts that they are the best cellular provider with the best service and prices. TOTAL LIES! They decrease your stat speed after using a certain amount and they are far from the best price. Comcast Xfinity, that I use, ONLY costs $45/month for a single user - unlimited everything - no decreases ever! These people should be shut down to say the very least! -SHAME ON YOU - KARMA...
   Read moreStopped in the other day just to ask a question and left out with 4 new phones, internet service, an Apple Watch and a new iPad. Daniel, our sales rep, was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, just a real class act. I stopped in with my two daughters and right away Dan grabbed some paper and pens to keep the kids occupied while we talked. I thought that was really thoughtful and it helped too! Every time I talked or cut Daniel off he would stop and just listen. He really did a great job at hearing me out, answering my 500+ questions and getting me exactly what I wanted. He was thorough while setting everything up and even stayed late after the store closed to help us transfer our phone data over. While he was working with us, which took about 2 hours, he still managed to greet every new customer that walked in and assure them that someone would be over to assist them. At one point the store was packed and every sales rep was out on the floor helping customers but not once did anyone complain or talk down to one another. This store has a nice team and they seem to all get along with each other. Highly recommend this location and specifically ask for Daniel...
