Yankee Candle — Local services in Abington Township

So I first started off calling the store. I use to go to bath and body works but due to the unpleasant interaction and employee displayed to me this evening over just a phone call I've decided I will be currently shopping here from now on. The other day I called Yankee as well, had many questions and called 3 times in a row. I apologized for each time I called as I didn't want to be a bother but the woman working was more than helpful. She was kind and not irritated at all. I came in and got the two candles I wanted she remember me over the phone. That kind of personal engagement is beyond customer service. I've loved woodwick candles as my boyfriend has got me one in the past, and I was pleased to hear that they're a Yankee candle brand! Overall Yankee candles burn slower than bath and body works yet has just the same amount if not more fragrance. I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience as well as the quality of the candles.

Ps: the photo below is a woodwick I got for Christmas 2024, it has lasted me till September 28th. And will last me even longer since there's still some left. I literally just left this Yankee Candles in Willow Grove Mall in disgust. I’m a huge fan of Yankee Candles, having been getting them for YEARS, and the way I was just treated by one of Yankee Candles’ employees is unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but a short, lady African American with a short hairstyle was literally following me around the store and watching my every move, including my mom’s. As I felt uncomfortable, I was walking out of the store, and I caught her looking at my pockets as if I were stealing. That caused me not to spend any money, and they just lost a customer. What's not to love about Yankee Candles??? The associates in this store are so helpful and nice! I went in specifically to use coupons I had received and spent over 45 minutes in the store looking at all the great things they have. The associates were knowledgeable and helpful. I mentioned a scent I had purchased there over 8 months ago and she knew the name right away and offered to see if they had it in the warehouse. She then ordered it for me and had it shipped to my home at no extra cost and I was able to pay for it in the store. The candle arrived with in 4 days! The customer service here is...
