UPDATE: I deleted the pics after talking to the manager and they remade my order without hesitation with the AP quality Im used to. I didn’t even want my refund afterwards. Thank you. Changed from 1 star back to 4.

So when you order ahead of time before closing, instead of them saying no to taking my money, they give me these unsalted/ unseasoned nasty old French fries and BURNT chicken parm. First and last time ordering from there. Ordered delivery. They said it would take 40-45 minutes. Called again an hour and 15 minutes later wondering where the food was. They said it would be 15 minutes. I called 30 minutes later. They said they'd call the driver. I never got a call back. I called another 15 minutes later.
