I had lunch here and was concerned the size of the portion vs the price of the food didn't seem to match up with other Poke places I've been. However after the first bite I was shocked at just how good this was. I've had Poke at at least 5 other places in and around Cobb county and this is the best, by far. It was so good in fact that I went back the next day. To my surprise, The portion was much more in line with what I would have expected. When I asked about it they told me they had run out of the "big bowls." I recommend the marinated tuna and I really like the samurai and spicy aioli sauces. This has quickly become my go to Poke place and I look forward to trying other things. The only thing I would change is I do prefer to be able to see the ingredients and choose as they are being made, but if the quality stays at this level I'm happy with the way it is.

Employees immediately greeted me and helped me order as it was my first time. The food was super fresh, tasted amazing, and the place was clean! I suggest people to come and try out their poke bowls before it gets crowded! Also, it's listed on the door they don't take cash. So perhaps don't listen to someone who didn't even try the food 🤭 **Edit: This company tried to Trademark the word "Aloha" from the Hawaiian people.. I cannot support a company with this behavior. I'll keep the 3 starts because of the workers and the food, but I negated 2 stars for the company's actions.

I've been to this Aloha Poke Co. location twice, and have only great things to say about it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant is squeaky clean, and the food is fresh and delicious. The manager, Christian, has made my orders both times, and they were made exactly how I ordered them. She's doing a fabulous job running the Acworth location, and I look forward to seeing her again soon!

Edited 06/25/23: Really appreciate owner/management's timely (and kind) response to my concerns. Wishing you continued success! Definitely still a fan!

Original review 06/23/23: I LOVE this place for several reasons, but I have questions/concerns and hoping this review catches the attention of "the powers that be" enough to reach out after they see this review.

I've ordered takeout from here 1 - 3 times a month consistentently since they opened a year ago. I've never been disappointed in the food, nor ever been dismayed at the price. I am super impressed that they offer a cauli-rice base, as that's my go-to.

My issues are:

Who gets my tip when I (and I always do) include it in my online order? Kitchen staff; counter service person; the owner/manager?

The corporate website boasts "Poke Rewards" but I've NEVER in a year been able to determine how I can take advantage of that. I've previously asked the counter-service person and they've been clueless.

Two weeks in a row you've been "out of" volcano sauce. I have my doubts. Your online ordering system does not allow requesting an additional sauce other than what's requested in the poke bowl. I suspect because corporate hasn't found a way to charge for extra sauce in online ordering the employees have been instructed to just say "we're out" when I ask upon arrival for pickup. I bet if I ordered my bowl with that sauce you wouldn't tell me "the truck didn't come in" as I was told last week and again tonight.

All in all still a fan, but these issues need to...

Just got done with eating here, told the young woman behind the register, no cucumbers, jalapeños, edemame, so I get told no seaweed base allowed, so why not? Charge for it, so she made me pay double, added cucumbers and im allergic, my bowl and drink was 28 bucks, improperly made, so I send it back because of the cucumbers, when I ordered the medium bowl, it's halfway filled and I paid virtually double, you would think they would get it right, the owners have just lost a long term customer, if you can't make the food I want, properly, and it's not satisfactory, think to your self, now you have a bad review, it's 100 percent because of customer no service. Im not impressed with your recent changes, im looking for healthy and affordable, your poke place is definitely healthy but not affordable nor do you offer good customer service, it will definitely be a salad at Wendy's or something else, I will pass by your shop and tell others to go somewhere else.. if im going to spend $28 I'll definitely do it at a...

I just got a kahuna bowl and the rice is raw.. meaning not cooked enough/hard.. you can feel the raw center of every rice kernel. It takes away the joy of eating when the rice is hard/raw. It's understandable if it's a tad hard if you're a Chinese restaurant who uses the rice for fried rice, which cooks it a bit more. But even that.. it's just not enjoyable when the rice is hard. I also said light on the spicy aioli and samurai sauces. There was hardly any sauce.. I COULD NOT TASTE anything...There was no spicy aioli in it nor any other sauce.. there was no taste at all. I was just eating the salmon, tuna, cucumbers, mango amd avocado with no sauce with raw rice. I tried to eat it coz I was hungry but had to stop coz it was so unappetizing. It's a shame coz the ingredients seem fresh but could not get over the raw rice. And I know what I'm talking about.. I'm asian and can cook rice with my eyes closed lol....
