Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Acworth

I have been going to this store for forever. But today I needed a dress for my friend's wedding. Sadly due to my busy schedule I put it off until the night before. Thankfully Ross had a great selection of dresses and I found a beautiful high-low dress (out of several beautiful dresses) that worked perfectly. The sweet lady at the fitting room tried to help me but unfortunately we were not able to find a suitable camisole in my size to go with it. But I was able pull the outfit together. I think this is important to mention because the inventory at Ross changes out regularly and it's just the nature of the store. So if you see something you like snatch it up before it is gone. Like the Michael Kors boots I restrained myself from buying and am now regreting not purchasing. Likewise certain sizes may be out of stock at times. sigh I will be back! The dress was originally $59 I got it for $34.99. I think this is where the motto comes from Dress for Less. Yep that is what I got. I feel like this is a dress I can wear over and over again. By far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had at Ross Dress for Less. The cashier, Brie, was completely unprofessional wearing AirPods and chatting with her boyfriend while working. My daughter decided last minute that she didn’t want a pair of shoes, and instead of handling it professionally, Brie aggressively snatched them from her and threw them.

When my wife politely reminded her not to leave security sensors on our clothes, Brie became rude and started yelling. Out of spite, she secretly placed a bunch of security sensors inside our shopping bag. When my kids were trying on clothes, my daughter stepped on one and started bleeding!

To make things worse, the store manager, Debra, stood there laughing and did nothing to correct Brie’s behavior. Instead of stepping in like a professional, she joined in making fun of us. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid...

Went to this store for a return and left with a cart full including shoes. Great selection in clothing is what keeps me and my friends coming back. Met the manager from Canton Ross who was filling in due to them being down one here. She was so pleasantly happy to help at checkout line while managing and helping out at jewelry counter. She was so happy & helpful with any questions. I will definitely check out her store in Canton when out there based on how involved she was in management and " holding down the fort " while being present and helpful to customers. Kudos to Ross for having her on the payroll. Now if they could only clone her for their Hiram store. It would behoove Ross to have her mentoring there.
