Fruition Açaí & Juice Bar — Local services in Ada Township

Food is great, employees not so much. Every time I have come to this location I have been treated poorly, employees have attitudes and are not friendly. This is not a welcoming atmosphere in any way shape or form. Today my girlfriend and I came in to order a bowl and a bagel and the blonde girl at the counter was talking under her breath, throwing things around while making our food, and visibly displayed attitude and ignorance. I understand people have rough days, and normally I would never post a review like this from a one time experience but this is the type of customer service we receive every time we have come here. Okay I love this place and go here often, however after today decided to leave review because after being there and encountering your employee today who myself and coworker have encountered numerous times, who has been incredibly rude, I decided to leave a review.

Today I asked for a lid as the ones at the to go counter were visibly dirty, around 1 PM. The girl who is often rude and short, rolled her eyes at me and told me that they were “props and not actually dirty”.

Don’t get me wrong. It is a good place for fruit and açai, but I went to tropical fruit smoothie Café and they are amazing. They fill the bowl right up with fruit. They don’t skimp and it’s about the same price and there smoothies are absolutely amazing and big cups, and thick they’re not liquidy.
