I bought a new phone and my account number was changed without knowing it. The remaining balance of the old account was not added to my bill that I paid over the phone on time as I do every month. Consequently the remaining balance of the old account was turned over to collections. I have worked very hard to have good credit and I'm not happy that how they handled their business. I work out of state so I don't have a way to look at my mailed statement which is why I pay my bills on line or on the phone.
