Coffee Liberation Front — Restaurant in Adams

I was disappointed with my experience here for a few reasons. The man working behind the counter was friendly, but the wait was very long for our order (a salad and quesadilla), even though he said it would be just a couple of minutes once we ordered. Our coffee drinks did come quickly, but the cappuccino had a burnt plasticy taste. The temperature inside was uncomfortably warm and there was a lot of clutter.

Once we got our food, I was disappointed to see that the salad was very basic and there were a few vegetables on the menu item that were not in the salad. Amazing cafe! A friend and I were visiting the area for the weekend and actually had our GPS taking us to a different coffee shop, but something about the sign made me have him pull over so we could try it out and I’m so glad we did. The coffee was SO GOOD and they used real cups for our “to stay” order which was so appreciated. The owners could not have been nicer and the ambiance was really great. As a local, Coffee Liberation Front is the BEST cafe in the Berkshires, at least in my humble opinion. The staff is incredibly friendly and cares very deeply about the quality and freshness of their food and drink and about making their customers feel at home. The owners are in the business because they love doing what they’re doing, and it shows! Plus, unlike many places, they don’t make you feel like a criminal for having a service animal.
