Called before my 12 year old son’s appointment to give barber instructions. He stated that he was have way done with hair cut and acted like I was out of pocket for telling him how to cut my 12 year olds hair. Terrible attitude from j. Cotton. If you’re gonna use an app that keeps your appointments for you then keep to the times I paided for. Side note his cut looked basic. Gona are the days when you could walk in and get a tight cut. I'm all for a chill atmosphere but it's absurd to have to wait over an hour for a haircut if there are four people in line ahead of me and two barbers.
