Train smelled of mold mildew, the windows had condensation, not representing what is advertised. The train very slowly moved through town in back of struggling businesses with debris , graveyard and wetlands. The only foliage we saw was poison sumac . I felt sick after the ride and had to go home and shower and wash all my clothes including my jacket to get the musty smell off the - was a waste of my time and a big disappointment.

This has become an annual tradition for us. We were disappointed that the train car we had reserved was not in order, but the rude was still nice, and the all vounteer crew are always wonderful. We brought our friends who were visiting from Canada as well ascsome friends from Chatham, NY. What a lovely part of our day and their trip. See you next year!!

We went on the annual Christmas train ride and it was great. The big guy was there! He was very interactive with our kids and with us, let. Me know I'm on the nice list. They do a great job and Mrs. Claus is probably more amusing then Santa, she's got a great but sassy attitude. Kids loved it, we loved it. We'll probably be back again next year

This train scam is so lame. We expected to see great views of autumn leaves but what we saw as the train traveled from Adams to north Adams was a bunch of back yards of homes that were filled with trash and junk, some run down old factories , a propane storage lot and a whole lot of nothing.

Very little views of the mountains which were blocked by scrub trees along the tracks, old run down buildings and dumpy houses.

Do yourself a favor and drive up route 8 in a car you will see a lot more.

They should be ashamed of how they market this...
