Placed an online order for Fatoush salad with chicken. They got my order wrong, so I pointed out the issue to the cashier when I picked up the food. The cook had to come to the counter to confirm the issue. I showed the receipt on my phone to highlight the mistake in order prep. Somehow the proof was not sufficient for them. Both the cashier and the cook had to dig out the online order printout from the trash can to agree to my assertion. I was fine with them verifying the order. The Issue was with the cook using his bare hands to search for the online order form in the trash and using the same bare hands to prepare the replacement dish without wearing gloves. I pointed out this to the cook and the cashier saying that the cook just used bare hands to touch all the ingredients while making the replacement. He used it to touch all the ingredients of the salad. He didn’t even wash his hands or wear a new pair of gloves. When I pointed this out to him, his response was “It’s okay” and he just walks away. I wanted a replacement and both the cashier and cook refused to acknowledge the clear health code violation happening in front of my eyes. Its was not even a busy time of the day, it was 6pm with hardly 2 patrons. Since I already paid for the food online they somehow decided that it was perfectly alright for them to ignore me. I decided to leave my food on their counter as 15$ food is not worth a bout of food poisoning. They never refunded me and offered to make a new order. With this filthy attitude and lack of consideration, I just hope no one gets food poisoning while...

Very inconsistent with the grilled eggplant. I have been debating on whether to write this review for about 8-9 months now because one time when I get them they taste wonderful and the next time they are raw and burnt at the same time without any seasoning whatsoever (see photo). I don’t know how much skill a chef needs in order to grill an eggplant but for some reason they just can’t be consistent with good quality food. I also get the greek fries and sometimes they are good and golden and crispy, other times just a soggy brown mess. Food is pretty inexpensive and the portions are big but beware of the lack of quality in preparing it

later edit* I am writing this 2 months after my first review and I am lowering my rating to one star. Would give zero if possible. I kept buying food from this place because when it’s good it is really good. But there are those times (more and more often) where food is served uncooked and unseasoned. Today I bought the grilled eggplant and they looked uncooked so I decided to poke one slice with my finger while I was still in the parking lot. Of course it was raw so I went back and asked them to cook them a bit more then came home. Stupid me, I should have tasted them. Even after the second session of grilling some slices are still uncooked. And the chef totally forgot to even add salt to them. Horrible. Shame on me for being a repeated customer after so much time and after so many failed meals. How hard is it to grill...

I recently visited this restaurant on December 14th of last year for my friend's birthday celebration. Despite being regular customers, we were denied dine-in service and had to settle for takeout. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing—undercooked chicken with no flavor. When I called the next day to address the issue, the manager was confrontational and made inappropriate remarks about my ethnicity, saying “I remember a Latino man and some girl”. I was sick at the time, and I had to make a huge effort to speak, the argument was to the point of me yelling and saying I am Latina as well and we like our food well seasoned and well cooked. He kept being disrespectful and showing a lack of professionalism and customer care. Saying “Why would you expect the money back or for a new order to be prepared a while 24 hours later”, Mind you we were the last customer to order food the day before, so my response was, I work so I couldn’t come in or call earlier. Despite returning the food to the store, I received no refund. I threatened him with a bad review, but that’s only when his tone changed saying “Don't get mad give another chance he processed to ask the cashier to take my name phone number to get a discount on a future order for my friend's order and for now I order it would free. I no longer want a replacement nor want it at this point. Overall, a highly disappointing experience, and I would caution others considering...
