DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this place for any services. I came here several times when Michael owned it. He was a miracle worker. HOWEVER, he has recently sold/transitioned the store to Dallas luxury handbags. I recommended this place to my mother for repair on her LV bag. When she told me he was no longer there I was a little concerned and rightly so. When she went to pick up her bag after having stitch work completed they tried to say her bag was for sale and not for pick up. Thank goodness I’d warned her beforehand to remember identifiable marks and imperfections on her bag.

It turns out they’d forgotten to put a copy of the repair tag in it. When she pointed out her purse on the wall (they literally had it on the wall with scarves tied to it) the woman said those are the ones for sale. She argued with her that they would NEVER forget to put a repair tag in a repair. My mother told her 4 things that would ID that as her bag and even when she saw those things she still wouldn’t give it to her. She finally called the man who actually did the repairs and after that conversation she did finally give my mother her bag back. I had been coming here for years to get my shoes repaired and had always received great service until recently. On Jan 4th I dropped a pair of boots off to have the tap on the heel replaced. I was told to come back to pick them up on the 7th. I received a text stating they would be ready on the 11th due to the winter weather. I came on the new date requested and my boots were not ready. Two weeks go by and my boots are still no where to be found. They admit to losing them and then only offer $40 to reimburse me for the boots they “lost”. I explained that the boots were worth more than $40 and now she is refusing to respond to my text messages. It’s been 6 weeks since dropping my boots off and they haven’t been found and I haven’t been adequately compensated for their negligence. Since I have not been reimbursed, I will be seeking legal counsel. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to get repairs. Since turning it into a consignment shop, the store is unorganized and the customer service is unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend this shoe repair shop. 1st I was told my shoes would be ready for p/u on a Wed but I waited until Thurs and my shoes were barely being worked on. Next, my 2nd pair of shoes were lost. The shoes that were "repaired" were terribly done, there was a gap between the heel & the cap being replace. I asked the repair man if they could place something to cover the gap & so that moisture would not collect. I was told that it was my fault & he has to make the heel shorter so I would walk around w/1 heel shorter than the other foot. I had to ask him to make both shoes the same...seriously, I don't think it takes a lot to use common sense.
