I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. Upon walking in with my fiancé, we were immediately met with hostility. The staff member rudely yelled that backpacks were not allowed, claiming it was due to theft. When we politely asked where this policy was posted since there was no visible sign at the entrance she dismissively pointed to a poorly placed sign that customers wouldn’t reasonably see.

We had our laptops in our backpacks because we planned to get some work done next door and didn’t feel it was safe to leave them in the car. When we tried to explain that we hadn’t seen the sign and even attempted to apologize for any misunderstanding, she rudely rolled her eyes and turned her back on us. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. A simple, polite explanation would have sufficed, but instead, we were met with attitude and rudeness.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who values being treated with basic courtesy and respect. Management should seriously reconsider how they train their employees to interact...

If I had to pick the most valuable as well as positive was the employee who assisted me . Ren was an amazingly articulate and knowledgeable employee. I knew what I was looking for and when I asked she walked me over to the specific section ,not pointing like most. She proceeded to show me all my options while adding in care instructions as well as how long the product would last as compared to other SHE HAD SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE !Ren is truly an asset to this company. Give that gal a raise. I will definitely return because of Ren ..super great selections and a variety of things to either spice your life...

Ebony was a breath of fresh air as far as good customer service goes. I came in there so very late it was almost closing time and she was still willing to go above and beyond any expectations I may have had about a person working in a novelty store, Ebony was funny, helpful, but still very professional, and actually seemed like she cared about my experience at ur store, due to the fact that it is the first time i have entered ur store, Ebony ensured I come back for more. Thank u Ebony so much for making my first time an enjoyable...
