I bought a washer from them about 8 yrs ago & was happy with the staff and no problems with the washer since then. Last week my refrig went out on me. After i had it checked, i was told it cost to much to repair. I went to another place but it would be about 5 days to deliver. I decided to go local and went to Adel Appliances and found one. It had a dent in it and they gave me a lower price and they delivered it about 15 minutes after i got home. They took out my broken one for $15. The price of the fridge includes delivery! They had to take off the doors of my home & helped me move things in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the service & will go back...

Two year old refrigerator. It was had water appearing underneath it. They come out, “fix it” and charge me $185. Just over one month later the same thing happened. They come out, charge me $85. Two days later the same thing happens. I left a message for a manager with no response. My wife finally go ahold of someone and they want us to turn off the water to trouble shoot a potential plumbing issue. I’m sorry, but what did we pay you for? YOU COME OUT AND TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM THAT YOU CANNOT SEEM TO FIX!Multiple calls and visits with no resolve, but they expect to be paid for their horrible service. Not happening. Will not pay. Kudos to Adel TV and Appliances. We bought a new Whirlpool fridge from them just before Easter and had problems with the ice maker freezing on the outside from the start. They came out and added a new insulation kit as instructed by Whirlpool. It didn't help. Their tech came out last Friday to take a look and called Whirlpool to ask what their solution was. They said that they would ship another kit directly to me. Imagine my surprise when Adel TV called yesterday afternoon and said that they have a brand new fridge for me. Great...
