I recently had an excellent experience with the team at Stratos Microsystems. My computer was experiencing significant instability, leaving me unsure if it could be salvaged. However, from the moment I engaged with them, their professionalism and expertise came across. They took the time to explain their pricing structure, which was very reasonable, and wasted no time in getting to work.

During the process, Brian, one of their team members, kept me updated and involved by presenting various options and seeking my input. I had concerns about losing important programs and Brian patiently listened to my preferences and proceeded accordingly, ultimately restoring my computer's functionality within a surprisingly short timeframe.

What truly stood out to me was Brian's commitment to customer satisfaction. He not only resolved the issue proficiently but also ensured that I felt heard and valued throughout the entire process. It's worth noting that my internet provider, D&P Communications, had highly recommended Stratos to me, and now I understand why.

Was there about a year ago, and remember it like the back of my hand. I went in with certain parts I wanted and asked if they would build it for me and this was already about $1400 to build and they said, they use "Name Brand" parts and it would probably double the price of that... Said they use parts that will last. Well... One year later I decided to build it myself, an Im running solid on my MSI build. With solid name brand stuff. What I'm getting at is that they're overpriced cause they're small. I even checked Cyberpower an they asked for just $200 ($1600) more than my build already.

So yeah. One year later and it's still REALLY Great. I paid $1420 Exactly. Just make sure you checked ALL other sources before you buy here. They have good service and repairs but for building, I'd advise you take your time to look around. Or just build it yourself if you have the time...

Absolutely amazing! They were so upfront and helpful about my laptop screen being broken. They told me right out what could happen and a possible time frame for what I needed done. Fair price for what I needed and how long that would take. They confirmed with me before just doing it, which I loved!! I’m always hesitant with new places as I’ve had some very dodgy people try and tell me other things and not give me all of the info I needed. But Stratos is amazing! Frequent updates and they care about you and your devices. Talked to Rob and he was super helpful and truthful. I like this place and will definitely come back if/when my laptop decides to throw a fit again....
