This was just a fantastic experience overall. First of all, Kurt and Amy are extremely responsive and very friendly people. They worked around a couple of scheduling snafus due to the shipping delays we are all experiencing right now. You can see the end results for yourself in the pictures, and take my word for it that the output of the sound and so forth is fantastic.

And then there were the little things like in the master bedroom the wires for the low profile TV were smaller than normal, so Kurt actually left to go to a hardware store and buy a thinner exterior strip to hide the wires so it looks more clean. This is an older home and there was a firewall so we could not go through the plaster as hoped but that is to no fault of the business of course. So with the options available, he did a fantastic job. Also the upstairs with the giant TV and surroundsound awesome job at hiding the wires under the carpet and everything.

And then lastly it’s just nice to have people that you enjoy communicating with, and are courteous. If you have a big project, people need to be in your home for multiple hours so it’s good not to have someone unfriendly! Would highly...

We called upon Tech2Call to remove a 55" TV & install a new one of like size. This was on the "coat tails" of a bad experience we were currently having with a 3rd party installer to Best Buy. They wouldn't show up & lied about it twice. One of the 1st things I mentioned to Kurt, upon arrival, was that the existing wall mount wasn't exactly level, which had fallen on deaf ears by installers, in the past. Not only did he quickly assess that there was a definite issue, he was more critical than me in making sure it was corrected. He willfully explained everything he was doing during the install, especially, the picture set up being that it was a different brand TV than the previous one. I felt like we were in good hands from the the 1st call with Amy to how they proactively kept us informed about the status of the order leading up to the actual install. Something that is very important to the customer, which most service providers ignore, these days. The new normal? We've used Tech2Call twice - once for installing a large TV over the fireplace and switching out another TV. Kurt was awesome and, at our request, made suggestions on how to upgrade the tech in our new home.

They installed a Winegard antenna on our roof (we now get 60+ free over-the-air channels!), upgraded our modem so we have faster internet, figured out why we couldn't utilize landline phones with the existing wiring, upgraded our projection system and all that entails (quite a project, in and of itself), installed Roku streaming systems on all existing TV's, upgraded our streaming sound system capabilities so that it works with the installed house speaker system, and connected both a blu-ray player and all encompassing remote to our projection system!

What would normally have taken 3-4 different appointments with various technicians, Tech2Call did it all!! We can't recommend...
