Communigraphics — Local services in Aiken County

My girlfriend and I walked into Communigraphics on Wednesday Jan. 6th, 2016. My girlfriend was looking to purchase a T-shirt from this company. As soon as we walked in we noticed a 50% off sale area for Christmas items. As we were looking at ornaments we noticed a lady standing extremely close to us. We thought we were in the way of her choosing an ornament she was interested in but to our surprise she was an employee. Did not say a word to us but decided to follow my girlfriend and I the 15 mins we were the store. I caught this lady many times unusually staring at us for no apparent reason. I eventually became so annoyed with this ridiculous business practice they apparently train their employees to execute that I convinced my girlfriend to NOT purchase the item she wanted. We were not being suspicious at all, dressed very well (Just got off of work), and presented no reason to be treated as such. Dissatisfied! Hamill in the sign department.Took my order back in the beginning of March We scheduled to come in and have the work done 1st or 2nd week of April. Took the truck by there so they could look at it and take the measurements 2nd week of April. He said he would email me later that day the next day. I called him around 5 o'clock to find out why I never received an email, he said hes still working on my order. I said OK well when can I drop the truck off so you guys can get started. Sorry sir it'll be probably the middle of May or towards the end of May we are booked up now, how is that I called you back in March to set it up for April. Do not let this guy write your order, you will not get your vehicle done in the time frame that was scheduled. Communigraphics has been one of my go-to spots for years whenever I need a unique gift or something a little out of the ordinary. I always seem to find the perfect item and usually it is something I didn’t even know I needed! What really keeps me coming back is the incredible service, especially from Joey. He is hands-down one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Joey is not only funny, but also incredibly knowledgeable about everything in the store.
