New location, open 24/7 as of February 2018. I met with some guys for breakfast early on their first Saturday morning open. Before reading my review, know the service will likely improve with time given this location's infancy. Food is standard across the chain. Food was served hot and coffee was surprisingly good. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Granted, the location is only 4 days old at the time of this writing. Service is not at the same caliber as other IHOPs across the nation yet. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed with 2-3 tables each. I imagine the quality of service will greatly improved through employee training. Additionally, quality wait staff will likely be retained with time while others are let go. Our food took about 25 minutes from order to table. Took longer than necessary to get additional creamer to our table. All in all, it was a nice treat to have pancakes for breakfast with some of my friends. I wasn't in a rush, so I enjoyed the additional time we had together. Your miles may vary! I would recommend this place for families with children and elderly people. I would not recommend this place for business meetings or other professional lunches.

I'm a big fan of IHOP and look forward to having the Chicken Fajita omelet. This store is beautifully decorated, they just need more help. I've visited a couple of times now, and they always seem understaffed. They need about 5 more Nicole's, because she the only one making things happen and was wearing several hats when that morning church crowd arrived. Shaquoyah was great. The hostess was obviously tired and needed a break. Customers before I arrived had that look in their eyes like they have been waiting for a while. Some people who were waiting walked out. Our food took 38 minutes to get to the table from the time when we sat. My omelet was great, blue berry pancakes had a strange aftertaste, and Josie's eggs over medium were wrong twice. Really hope this store can pull it together. They are a great brand and did I say, I love the Chicken Fajita Omelet!

Every single time we go here the place is filthy. The tables are covered in dirty dishes, none of them are wiped down, the floors have food everywhere. There were maybe 4 or 5 tables in the entire restaurant and we were there 45 minutes, our good came out cold, nobody bothered to clean the tables. Finally a guy who had been laying on the benches in the lobby came in and started cleaning up about 5 minutes before we left. The management here is NOT doing their job at all. Our server was great but everything else was absolutely horrible and I don't know how this place is still open. If you need a manager I will definitely apply for the position!

My visit was horrible! I ordered two of the holiday entrees which included funnel cake for the kids. One had eggs and bacon and the other was bacon ,hashbrowns, and eggs. With the first funnel cake order, I asked for extra eggs, and for the second order I asked for grits instead of hashbrowns and eggs fried well. For myself I ordered an Omelet and pancake plate. When the food came the order was incorrect. There were hashbrowns on the plate instead of grits and the eggs were not fried well, and the funnel cake was hard and unable to be eaten. Both funnel cake plates were hard. The one with the bacon and eggs scrambled well with extra eggs, was thrown on the plate and red syrup poured over everything except a small portion of the eggs. The extra eggs were not received, and the bacon was covered in red syrup. So my Son was only able to eat a small portion of the eggs on the plate. My daughter was brought the grits we ordered, but we waited for 30 minutes for the eggs to come out which by this time the grits were cold and unable to be eaten. She'd mixed her bacon in her grits which had gotten cold, so when the server brought out the hot grits she took the cold ones so my daughter never got to eat her bacon. After explaining to the server all of the issues and asking her to adjust the tickets because of the items not being eatable in which she had taken up the plates and knew they hadn't been eaten, she brought the bill to me with a $3 dollar discount. After I asked her about making the corrections again and asked to see a manager, she returned again and took $6 off of the bill, and said that's all the manager would approve. I asked to see the manager and the manager never came to the table after waiting for at least 20 minutes. I gathered my children paid the tab and left. I will not be eating at this IHOP any more. I understand that you can't control somethings in a restaurant but to get the order incorrect and then the food is unable to be eaten and corrections are not made promptly, and to top it off you ask for a manager and they refuse to come, that is just unexpectable. Then to be told that's the most that they are going to take off of the bill, instead of recalculating the order for the items that were actually eaten because it was to much trouble and would cost just as much. I was very...

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I placed a to-go order at the IHOP in North Augusta. It was ready for pickup at 6:31pm and I arrived at 6:35pm. There were only 2 waitresses working the entire store, but they only had 3 tables. They ignored me for almost 20 min till I walked up to one. They made me wait another 20 min and then brought me cold food made wrong. When I insisted on items they left out, they were screaming and cussing about me from the kitchen. I asked for the manager and was told she was cooking and she refused to come out. The waitresses were snickering and laughing at me as I didn’t want to leave without food or money. My dog was also in the car and I brought her inside to wait a total of an hour and 20 min and no one would help us. I try to support my community and I even tip generously on takeout but these girls were literally antagonizing me and withheld my money. I called corporate but they couldn’t give me a refund without investigating. While I was sitting outside on the phone with corporate, they delightedly fulfilled two pick-up orders an hour and a half after me while my cold food was still sitting up front. These are children’s games. Later in the evening, the waitress had her friend attack me on my Facebook review. That continued harassment says all you need to know about this place's "mean girls" culture. No professionalism or customer service whatsoever. They stole my money (still hasn't been refunded), I left without my food after I had ordered 2 hours before, and corporate just forwarded it on to the franchise which clearly doesn't care by the looks of these consistent reviews. This is what you get when you hire petty children to run your business. Just read reviews. You can see my experience is regrettably common at this...

Hmmmm....where to start. I am new to this area. Only been here since March. The first time I ordered here it was late night and I got poor service...but it was late so🤷 Then...me and my 3 year old went to dine in. He is a little noisy but what do u expect from a 3 year old? Especially when it took forever for us to get service and for our food to come out after we finally ordered. A few times early in the morning I had called to place a to go order and the girls answering the phones on both occasions were rude, rushing and just not what I wanted to deal with so I cancelled...

(PLEASE CONTINUE READING....) Today my son woke me up and said "mommy...I want pancakes." Of course I was tired and didn't feel like cooking so I said ya know what....despite the negatives I'm gonna give IHop one more try and I called to make an order for my son. Half sleep I called and an angel answered the phone by the name of Allea! She was so kind, patient...answering all my sleepy questions. When I went to pick my order up she explained to me that she put all my pancake toppings on the side which was AWESOME because it kept my food from getting soggy which I hate! I made sure that even though she wasn't a server I left her a tip because she showed what true customer service is about! I tried to tell the manager that she should be a server but she said that she wanted her smiling face to be the first one customers see when they enter the door. Honestly...even though a smile upon entering is nice I'd love to have that quality service I know she could give as a server. Maybe she can be a crew trainer🤷 Whatever you do Miss Aleea just don't loose that spark girl and thank u so much from me...
